Return Policy: All items are custom cut. Therefore are non returnable UNLESS defective. At that point, we will replace any defective or missing items once received back from the customer. Customer has 7 days to return any defective products from the date of delivery. All cancellations after orders are placed will be given to the customer as a store credit for the amount of the original order.

Shipping: All orders are calculated using UPS shipping rates. Shipping rate includes packaging/handling/shipping. All expedited shipping orders (Next Day or 2nd Day) are normally shipped w/in 1 business day from the order date, unless it's for a stitched item. At that point, all stitched items take 7-10 business days for completion prior to shipping.
